Double down on the sustainability roadmap.

To make a sustainability roadmap effective and keep it relevant for the coming years, close collaboration is necessary to guarantee its success. We did this by hosting co-creative workshops using the Double Diamond method. These sessions helped Novy rediscover what sustainability means within their DNA.

Once the mission was set, we turned it into a concrete, visual strategy that internal teams could easily communicate and adopt. From there, we built a step-by-step roadmap. Every initiative was prioritized, timed, actionable, and aligned with Novy’s vision.
