A word from our Managing Director.
Antwerp, Belgium - June 9th, 2026
For +17 years, the people at Made have helped companies throughout the world find their next growth opportunity and turn it into a working product. That same group of people is now taking the next step in its own growth journey as Made leaves the Techyard Group to become part of Craftzing.
Craftzing is an Antwerp-based "boutique powerhouse" for business transformation that brings together strategy, enterprise architecture, design, engineering, digital product development, innovation and AI, all under one roof.
Made’s team of approx. 45 people will blend into Craftzing's existing organization, which will consequently count over 300 experts following Craftzing's earlier acquisitions of digital product studio Wieni, AI solutions provider Sagacify and system design experts Namahn as well as the integration of enterprise architecture specialist InnoCom.
What changes and what doesn't.
"At Made, we are very much delighted with this new and exciting chapter. Joining Craftzing is truly an important step forward for many reasons”, says Made’s Managing Director Michiel Mol. “For our existing clients and ongoing projects, in the short run, not that much will change though. Our clients will continue to work with the same group of people, gain the same expert insights, and enjoy the same level of commitment to delivering the exact same quality and outcome.”
What does change, is what the people of Made can offer beyond that.
“By blending into the Craftzing family, we become that true and meaningful end-to-end business transformation partner offering an expanded range of services. With services like enterprise architecture, business transformation and data and AI, we strengthen our existing services and gain the additional disciplines needed to safely pull innovation through an entire organisation and make it stick.”
A full overview of the new combined service offering can be found on the Craftzing website here.
Why is Made joining Craftzing now?
Made joining the Craftzing family is part of the buy-and-build strategy Craftzing has pursued since investment firm Meja came on board in 2020. For both Craftzing’s CEO and founder, Roeland Tegenbos, and Made’s Managing Director, Michiel Mol, the strategic rationale behind this refreshing blend is clear and obvious.
Roeland Tegenbos: "In the current day and age, companies expect a partner that masters the full value chain of innovation and transformation. They are looking for a partner that shares responsibility for the outcome of innovation. We meet these expectations by independently having every discipline in-house, from strategy to delivering working products in the market. Made blending into our organization adds tremendous value to the front end of that innovation value chain. With +17 years of experience in identifying growth opportunities, developing new concepts and building the digital and physical products that bring them to life, the people of Made will strenghten our chain significantly. Craftzing, on the other hand, delivers the value in the other half of the chain. The enterprise architecture, change management and transformation capability to land innovation inside an organization and make sure it scales. Together, we now cover the full journey from strategic ambition to lasting organiszational change."
By joining the many talented people at Craftzing, we have reinvented ourselves to go from being that one strong link in the value chain to being the value chain ourselves, increasing the impact we can have on the businesses of tomorrow.
Michiel Mol: "In addition to the completion of the innovation value chain, AI is also fundamentally changing what clients have been asking from an innovation partner like Made. As purely executional work moves to the background, companies are looking for a strategic partner who can help them build the right AI products, but more importantly, help them navigate a world where business models and entire supply chains are being disrupted."
"That requires a combination of strategic depth, technical capability and transformational experience that very few parties can offer. By joining the many talented people at Craftzing, we have reinvented ourselves to go from being that one strong link in the value chain to being the value chain ourselves, increasing the impact we can have on the businesses of tomorrow.”
With our multidisciplinary skill set, and our in-depth industry knowledge in markets that take years to earn trust in, we bring something to the table that is genuinely hard to replicate. In recent months, Craftzing’s leadership team has acknowledged the valuable assets we bring to the company.
What Made brings to the table.
Over +17 years, Made has built deep expertise across industries that are notoriously challenging to innovate in: maritime logistics, manufacturing and construction, consumer goods, healthcare and mobility. That hard-won sector knowledge has earned Made an international client portfolio of industry-leading companies, including Port of Antwerp, CMB.TECH, Lloyd's Register, Daikin, Barco, Etex, KraftHeinz, Danone, Novo Nordisk and Continental.
"Hence, the people at Made can be very proud of what we, as a group, have all established in recent years. We succeeded in building tremendous partnerships in the most essential industries in the world because of what makes Made… Made: our multidisciplinary skill set for developing new (digital) products and our bold attitude to challenge and rethink the obvious”, says Michiel Mol.
“These solid foundations have always allowed us to challenge conventional thinking and make innovation tangible fast. Combine that with our in-depth industry knowledge in markets that take years to earn trust in and you bring something to the table that is genuinely hard to replicate. In recent months, Craftzing’s leadership team has acknowledged the valuable assets we bring to the company. Hence, we look forward to contributing significantly in growing the Craftzing brand with all of our combined strengths in the years to come."
Looking ahead.
Craftzing operates from multiple offices located in Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven and Brussels. The people of Made, currently located in the Antwerp HQ at Meir 30, relocate to the Craftzing office in Antwerp located at the Mechelsesteenweg 271.
As Craftzing celebrates its fifteenth anniversary this year, the message to all shared clients and partners is simple: joined forces, more capability, the same commitment, and a group of talented experts that practises the growth mindset it preaches.
